Another mini tracking mount.

Anyone used on of these from Sightron Japan?
http://global.rakuten.com/en/store/argus/item/100933/

Similar to the Polarie style mounts that have become popular, but under $250. Be interested to see any user reports.

Looks interesting, but I have never heard of it before.

Gosh there seems to be a lot of activity in this mini tracker space. Maybe this is creating a new market outside of traditional astrophotographers

All good.

I thought so too, then I saw this!

It has an FS-60Q on it

At less than $250 it may be worth a look.

Just because you can, doesn't mean you should!

Might be OK for visual, but I doubt it's going to cut it for imaging at 300+mm focal length.

Photographers like myself, with an interest in astronomy but no telescopes, have long wanted a tracking mount that was affordabel and compact, the Polarie and this tyope are ideal and popular.
