Reprocessed Milky Way

I used Photoshop CC to stack the 12 frames in this old shot. It works well and only takes a few seconds. I imported all the frames into PS Camera Raw, made some adjustments to correct lens distortion, chromatic aberration and noise. Selected and synchronised all the frames and then (hold shift) click open images. This then imports all the frames as a smart object. Under Layers, select smart objects, Stacking mode and Median- that's it. Much easier than using Deep Sky Stacker and gives better noise reduction. No dark frames used.
