Here’s a few Lunar vistas from the other night using my 6” f6 newt and Canon 600D in suburban light polluted Sydney ( Bortle 8 )
I was an hour or so late as the moon had already passed the meridian heading westward. I find the best time to image the moon during quarter to half phase is just before or close to the meridian. Luckily it was nice and high in altitude
Atmosphere conditions were not that good but managed enough AVI files to get some sort of result
Captured with BYEOS Planetary Mode
ISO 800
1200 to 1500 AVI video files
Stacked in Autostakkert 3
Sharpened and balanced in Registax 6
