HEQ5 Belt Conversion

Just finished doing the Rowan Astronomy belt conversion on my HEQ5 Pro. Took under 2 hrs, really easy and now very smooth and QUIET!

On top of my 'To Do' list.

I've been ready for 'First Light' with my set-up for a month now and the only clear moonless nights have been on 40°C days with the sky shimmering like a desert mirage.

In my newness I've already learnt not to EVER miss the chance of a session with good seeing.

Well done Steve,
Yes, amazing improvement with belt mods.
The HEQ5 conversion is much more straight forward than the EQ6 which the belts are "hidden" but they are all well worth the effort.
