M2 Globular Cluster

Seeing conditions were really bad on Tuesday evening and lots of issues with guiding ( lost guide star 3 times ) but finally got everything tracking and guiding around 10.30pm and tried M2 which I’ve never imaged before. Only could manage 20 subs before it disappeared behind my neighbours 2 story mansion

20 x subs @ 60 sec
10 x darks
No flats
Stock Canon 600D @ ISO 800
6” f6 newt on a HEQ5 mount
PHD2 Guided @ 1.50 to 1.80 arc sec error
Stacked in DSS
Processed in Startools

Nice work Martin. Despite the bad conditions, you've managed to capture some good detail and colour. Not sure if your focus was as tight as it could be but this may also have been the effect of bad seeing. It's always tough to achieve correct focus when the seeing is not good.
