It is going to really rain a lot!

I posted last week that I got my notification from AstroPhysics for their 130 mm refractor...after an 8 year wait.

Today, I got the notification that I am next in line for an AstroPhysics 92 mm Stowaway...while I’ve only waited since April of 2018 for this scope notification, I was really surprised that they would both become available at nearly the same time.

Fortunately I have a supportive spouse and have been squirrelling some money away for a few years so I would be ready if/when my name came up.

I was thinking that 2020 would have few redeeming features but suddenly it seems it will be my year of AstroPhysics...going from no APs to two. Who would have thunk?

After an 8 year wait you'll be pretty happy to get that puppy out and about.

Thanks all...I am excited. Fingers crossed that first light can take place tonight. Me thinks a look at a few planets is in my future.
