DAVID,
Which scope?
I used an ATiK efw usb filter wheel with Baader RGB filters for some colour separation trials with the spectroscope. It worked very well. I controlled the filterwheel, and camera etc through AstroArt5.
Hope this helps

David,
I had the EFW wheel mounted via T threads to the back of a 2" flip mirror (easy to find and centre objects ;-)) then an ATiK314L camera on the other side, again T threads.
This configuration fitted both the 12" Lx200 and later the C11.
Hope this helps.

The newer Atik wheel (EFW2) takes disks for 5x50.8mm, 5x2” mounted, 7x36mm or 9x1.25” mounted. Available at Andrews but you'd have to ask about which disk comes with it and how much for the other sizes.
