Lunar Panorama - Apennines Area

Hi All

A two panel panorama taken the other night of the Apennine area. Taken with C11, 3X barlow and Basler ace camera.

The attached image is rather small however a larger more detailed image can be found by clicking on this link for my Flickr Site Version. Once loaded click on the image to scroll its width.

Thanks for looking.

Ted

Great detail indeed, I love the detail in Aristillus and with a bit of imagination, the little black feature that is seen near Mons Hadley Delta could just about be the Descent Stage of the LM of Apollo 15.

(A pity the framing cut Archimedes in half)

Really great detail, but as previously mentioned, Archimedes is a shame.

Thanks Ralph. Yep agree. It was always going to be tight with the focal length used but that combined with some poor positioning of the adjacent frame got me!
