A Trip to the Zoo - Flirting with B&W Imagery

G'day All

In the last few years my youngest has shown an interest in photography, so I bought him a little Panasonic Bridge Camera (Lumix) with a variable Leica lens.

He loves it!

He is also a real animal lover, and wants to be a Vet or Zoo Keeper or even maybe a Nat Geo Photographer. We are members at the local zoo, and have been members at a number of others as we travel around the country with my work.

Here is a recent collection from our visits. Recently I have been romancing black and white imagery, just love the look - especially in street photography.

The first is my youngest lad getting his photog on!

Please ignore the copyright stamp and website address on some of the images, no longer exists!

Cheers

The Tiger looks striking in B&W. The Lions remind me of the old Tarzan films.

Nice work. Reminds me of the days when you could only get b/w.
