photoshop SC6 flats

Hi group.

Im applying flats to my images in CS6 via the apply image option... I need to do this for many images and dont want to do each one manually. I recorded an action while I did the apply image and saved it. I then went to File -> "Batch" and tried to run the action. it started, then said it couldn't find the flat frame. Can you record an action using multile images as is used in the "apply image"? I tried putting the flat frames and light frames in the same source folder and even having the flat frame open prior to running the batch.
So does anyone know how to do this or apply flat frames to multiple images without doing it manually?

I'm using sony ARW raw files

Thankyou
Josh
