The Joe Rogan experience

Anybody watch Joe Rogans podcast/ utube channel ? Ok Rogan might not be everyone’s cup of tea but I quite like the shows format and extended interviews
with some pretty interesting guests . Some of my favourite interviews have been with Randall Carlson and Graham Hancock discussing the Yonger Dryas impact hypothesis........

This one with the Professor William Von Hippel broadcast a few days ago was interesting ......

I also enjoy his pod casts as well. As long as you remember who he is and that he has a certain level of scientific ignorance hes fine to listen to. Anyway the guests are the interesting people you want to listen to anyway.

Always enjoyable when he has a Astro or Quantum physicist on and his mind is blown. The one with Sean Carroll 1003 and 1151 are particularly enjoyable.

Joe does like to dab into the conspiracy theories though. Be mindful.

Hi Beren
His show is not bad and I am surprised by his important guests.
He is an interesting chap.
I have only over the last month or so learning about the Yonger Drayas impact hypothisis.
A sudden sea level rise of the magnitude suggested... 30 feet in 24 hours but I dont know if there is evidence yet...but if that happened I dont think its a strech to imagine the suggested prior advanced civilization.
I never thought I would say it but maybe there is something to the Atlantis myth...it seems there is a case for thinking a great deal of stone work we attribute to various groups for example the Incas may be building upon much earlier constructions that do seem extremely clever.
I have liked Joe for his cage fight work.

Hi Alex been reading about the Yonger Drayas impact hypothesis myself the last month or so after seeing theses podcasts. Added that second link that includes Michael Shermer the renowned skeptic in the debate to offer a counter to Hancocks/Carlson’s theories
