High altitude weather balloons

Hi,

I'm taking on a high altitude balloon project. Although it's not strictly astronomy, I've seen a few posts on this website regarding this topic so I thought i'd post here. (Can't find any dedicated forum for this).

I'm looking at balloon options and people often recommend totex weather balloons.

I have found a few on ebay however they are dated 1986. https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Weather-...UAAOSwBahVcJxG

The ebay seller claims that they do not expire/no expiration date. Does anyone have knowledge on these balloons?

The balloons are also noted to have no neck. My understanding is that this will make filling the balloon and tieing it off difficult. Has anyone experience with this balloon and could shed some light on the challenges?

Your help is much appreciated.
