Glad you saw the light
I quickly found photoshop to be just useless for astrophotography and am amazed people use it and get some ok shots. But the same data processed in a dedicated processing program is magnitudes better. I ended up buying pretyy much everything on the market and settled on PixInsight for myself. But I also keep returning to learn more about StarTools as it has given me some comparable results I just havent gelled with it enough yet to pick it up first instead of PI.
Such a beautiful target and image, while the first colour cast version looks attractive too once you get the colour calibration happening the toned down neutral shot just looks more colourful to me. Maybe because its a more accurate "photo" and of course the detail is great, possibly my favourite target. I get lost staring into shots like this of it.
