TAL MT3S goto conversion

Recently picked up a "classic" TAL MT3S mount. This model has a worm gear on both RA and DEC axes, so I decided to have a go at an astroeq GOTO conversion.

In summary, success! Today was the first test with a scope attached, needless to say I'm very happy with the progress so far, and can't wait for actual first light (hopefully later this week).

Motors are NEMA17 steppers: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/0-9deg-Ne...-/171937193275

I went with the DIY Arduino 2560 version, with DRV8825 motor drivers, rather than purchase a pre-made version.
