Night Sky Planisphere

Is there a Night Sky Planisphere available that reads down to 19 degrees.

Unfortunately no not that I’m aware of.

OTOH you could cannibalise a commercial one made for latitude -35 and make a new plastic front piece for your latitude - the back sheet (star map etc) remains the same. All that is different is the shape of the hole for your horizon.
