Matter-Antimatter, Dark Energy

I read about the L Hadron C is about to be restarted. An interesting thought came to mind.
The article described that after the "Big Bang" there should be equal amounts of matter and anti matter. This would mean obliteration, but is not the case. We have more matter in our Universe according to the article. That represents an imbalance, or does it?

Where has the antimatter gone? Could it possibly be in the form of Dark Energy? That helps to maintain the balance. That kind of leaves Dark matter out on its own?

The restart of the LHC will produce some interesting results, I expect.

Your right Marty .... on the News report it stated the particles travel at near the speed of light....quoting the speed of the particles at 11,000 times per/sec in the ' collider '
That's how many times the particles go around the ' collider ' in 1 second..

Col.....

That's about right .. . 11,000 cycles per second at around 27km per cycle is close to the speed of light ...
