NGC 6000 and some other Scorpius galaxies now in colour

Hi to all

The weather relented enough for me to get some colour for the little galaxy field in Scorpius that I recently imaged. It's not the most spectacular image in the world but it's nice to see some of these faint obscure objects showing a bit of colour.

Cheers

Steve

Nice image Steve; NGC 6000 may not be spectacular but an attractive little spiral nonetheless, and a number of other faint fuzzies strewn across a starry field for added interest

Thanks David. I certainly haven't seen any images of this area before so I think it was worth doing.

Thanks guys. I appreciate your comments. Incidentally you may have noticed the faint diagonal streak in the top right hand corner. Initially I thought that might be some kind of strange galaxy but it turns out it was an asteroid.
