SW focus motor controller -bites the dust!

Just when you thought it was safe.....
Another (this is now #4) SW controller failed this morning. Same symptoms,
switches don't work!!
Luckily I still have some spare new switches. A soldering session due soon.

I'm surprised other users are not having the same issues.....

I only had one, which lasted 6 yrs on my scope. I sold the scope quite a while ago. I don't know if it is still working for the new owner/s.

I had to replace the switches in my Skywatcher focus controller when it was 2yrs old, I used spring loaded toggle switches.
Plus I wired in a socket and now use a 9V powerpack instead of the 9V battery.
