The issues with the EQ6 R PRO altitude bolt is fixed by having the head over the front leg. The pin has 2 postions on the mount

Under full load, you can understand the problem...
I would recommend setting up with the minimum load on the mount.
If you use something like SharpCap for PA, then just use a small scope/ finder and then add the rest of the rig.

What other cost effective mounts with the same weight carrying capacity are there out there???
