Nah, I just skipped all the OBVIOUS film trickery and BAD CGI and went straight to the credits. Fully says who acted in it, who designed and created the "machine" for the the film and so on. Not a single piece of film is genuine apart from where the fictitious main character is super-imposed - POORLY - on some archival footage.
Even most of the conspiracy theory and alien/UFO websites acknowledge that this "movie" is a work of fiction / mockumentary and most even mention how it is beneficial to show how easy it is to convince people that something that is blatantly fake is real (much like Dark Side of the Moon that Bojan mentions - another mockumentary meant to research how gullible and easily persuaded people are today in the complete absence of self-checking or research).
Took me a while to potentially understand Blindman randomly showing a picture of Von Braun's tombstone, but I finally found that there is yet another fanciful piece of fiction ascribing the Vatican to having creating one of these things, and that Von Braun and Fermi were in on it.
Yawn. Yet more reading showed an entire group firmly believes Trump has on of these machines, and this is how he won the election, stays in power etc - much like the Democrats blaming Russia for EVERYTHING going wrong in America
