HEQ5 puck

Does anyone have the schematic or an engineering drawing for the HEQ5 puck? (Old style pre -dual dovetail). I know several companies make the puck and a replacement dovetail clamp (ADM, Geoptik etc) but us rather have one made locally as I already have the clamp head, just need the puck dimensions.

I know I can pull the puck out of the head myself, but I don’t really want to Just yet anyway.

While we are at it, is the large polar scope cover “dome” threaded M72x1.25?

Just measured the polar scope dome thread its 72 (71.8) x 1.5
