You need to know this

Most of us would not have a clue ' of whats going to happen when interest rates hit zero & below , we are down to .75 percent now .

So who's getting the .75% interest, my home loan is still at 4.75%, although I see some banks are offering 3.5% (if you borrow lots of money).

I think a good test maybe to find out the deals on fixed interest loans...the interest and the term .... If you can get low rate and a long term buy real estate...stuff around hospitals can't go wrong...on a hill incase sea levels rise...often if you want to sell a doctor will buy..do you see the virtue in such a invest ment?
Or buy shares that will quadrupole in value.
