Installing autofocus on Vixen ED80 - help please

Hi everyone

I need a little advice. I've got what I think is probably an Orion autofocus unit I want to fit to my Vixen ED80.

The focus unit needs a shaft diameter of between 5-7mm but the Vixen shaft is only 3-4mm. It's also very short and has a flat "edge" on the shaft so the focus knob engages and will turn.

Anyone know of an off-the-shelf solution or an alternative idea?

Have I explained this well enough?

thanks all

niko
