Losmandy G-11 gemini 2

This G-11 Gemini 2 mount is in almost mint condition, recently serviced and has the following options.

One piece worm block
High precision worm gear
RAEXXK (allows easy separation of RA and Dec sections for easy transport)
Altitude knob set
Clutch knob set
Pelican Instrument case.

The options above alone, will set you back about $1500 hence
replacement cost over $8k.

With the HP worm and OPB this mount regularly returns +/- 3 arc sec PEC
and is a joy to use. Latest Gemini 2 firmware is also loaded.

Asking $4900.00 (Price drop)

This is for EQ head only (plus 32lbs of counterweight).
Sorry, HD Tripod no longer available.

That's an unconventional DEC axis coupling you've got there. Was that a custom job?

No, it is a new option being offered by Losmandy. It is almost identical to
the Astro-Physics Dec coupling.

You can retro-fit them to existing G-11's. Cost is about $A600

Thanks. Good to know. Quick release for transport. And I like the extra RA extension it provides too.
