First Light - Atik Infinity Colour Camera - M42

First attempt at imaging using an Atik Infinity colour version. M42 imaged through an Orion 80mm EDT CF on a Star Adventurer mount. Ninety 5-second images stacked using the Atik Infinity software.

Rubbish alignment and focus but simple as.

Top job. Interesting to see another StarAdventurer user! Been looking at the Infinity ... know its got built in hot pixel and amp glow removal. Your M42 looks good but thats bright so I doubt it had much of a workout re exposure to grab that shot. Any idea re hot weather effects on the Infinity?

My StarAdventurer and M42 taken with Nikon J1 (never seen anyone else use one of those for astro!) in the link below.
