Giro II Deluxe alt az mount

Acquired this recently but it doesn't quite fit on my small balcony so I've decided to pass it on to someone who can make more use of it.

These mounts are heavy duty for their size. Weighs only 3kg but can handle big scopes. Thread at the bottom works with 10mm bolts (EQ5 type mounts) as well as standard 3/8"-16 photo tripods. You'll notice it has a cut-out for the alignment peg in EQ5 mounts.

Condition is excellent. I paid $300 for it without dovetail saddles and added two brand new Bintel clamps ($39 each).

Asking $300 without clamps or $350 with two clamps.

Enquiries by PM please.

Note: In the photos there is an adapter between the tripod and the mount (the black piece). This is something I had made up a while ago and converts 10mm thread to 3/8"-16. As noted above the Giro works with either thread so the adapter is not required. The adapter, tripod & scope are not included in the sale.
