Darks seem to be reining my images - help.

Hi. I am on the quest of Thor's Helmet and when using Deep Sky Stacker my Luminance looks fine, my stack of Luminance and darks look fine, my luminance and flats look fine but when I combined them all half the image goes blurry.

If you have seen this before or could you advise me on what is going on could you please help. I am using an SBIG STT-8300m on TEC 140. I have used LDF before and all seemed OK but i have no idea what is going on.

In order are Lum, Lum Darks, Lum Flats, Lum Darks Flats and my master flat and master flat adjusted. My capture program is MAxumDl 6 and I use a light box 2.7 sec shots with the range between 29000 to about 32000 whatever these numbers mean? I have adjusted the flat to have the histogram spread around the peak of that helps.

Thank you
