DSI pro mono guidecam?

hello members has anybody had experience using a meade DSI PRO MONO ccd as a guide camera?
it will be attached to a 102mm f/5 refractor and an orion 80mm triplet as the prime focus scope on a side by side plate

I'm using the DSI pro II. Works well with PHD.

Im using meade DSI PRO MONO cam. I was using it as guide cam for my 60mm f/9 using PHD guiding and it worked perfectly. I'm about to connect it to my saxon 80mm f/5.

As paula said it works great, they are dam fine cam for guiding and have great sensitivity unlike cheaper cmos stuff and color one shots. Got ours for guiding only because they have such a good rep for that purpose. Only mod i have to do yet is make up a filler for the filter slide as it looks like a rocket launcher hahaha

It works well but it is bit on heavy side compared to CMOS guiders.

thank you very much members it sounds like it is a decent guide cam and i know the monos are more sensitive than colour
