Takes me back Trevor; I used to live in Rosebery. I miss the rainforest
and the mountains[big hills really], but my wife hated being trapped
indoors by the weather. We had the only golf course I have ever played
where you had to wear wellington boots all year round.

I think the average rainfall is around 2 metres down there. But, it is a beautiful place. Having that road from Tullah to Queenstown is nice too because it makes a nice circuit drive via Zeehan/Strahan/Qtown.

Chris, it is hardly developed in the way a lot of the mainland coastal strip is. It's a lovely place.

Yes, Rosebery gets around 2metres, but a couple of clicks down
the road, and about 300 metres upward to the old worked out mines
and you get almost 3 metres.
