Join the Einstein @ Home IceInSpace Team

Okay All,
With Mikes permission I've changed the the team name I had at Einstein @ Home to IceInSpace.
So all you you number crunchers that are interested in searching for Gravitational Waves (Pulsars) get on over and join up. And lets see if IceInSpace can be credited with finding some.

I just tossed 14,000+ units to the pool

Cheers!

I've been running Seti@Home since it first came out in 1999. I was pretty happy when they cut over to the new BOINC engine a while back. The old one didn't allow you to queue up work units so if their site was down or you didn't have network access, your PC sat there doing nothing.

The other obvious upgrade was that it allowed you to attach to mulitple projects such as Einstein@home.

Their servers have been a bit flakey the last month or so. If you have problems downloading or uploading results, be patient.

As Rapid says just be patient. I also find if it's stuck sometimes it helps to shut the BOINC client down and restart it, but it is a rare occurrence.
