The C5 is a lightweight scope, that is arguably the largest telescope that can be easily mounted on a camera tripod.
This scope is about 20 years old and I purchased it on what was basically a EQ2 mount for around $1700. That was just before the era of the wonderful revolution of cheap Chinese scopes.
The scope is in fair to good condition. It has a few scratches and a very minor dint, which is only noticeable with a close inspection. There are also some small-mould growths on the inside of the front corrector. Despite this, the scope performs well.
C5 SCT comes fitted with Bobs Knobs and the Celestron star diagonal. (But not the camera tripod).
$275, includes freight to anywhere in Aus
APPOLOGIES GUYS, I MADE THE CLASSIC MISTAKE OF USING IT ONE LAST TIME AND THEN DECIDING IT WAS FAR TOO USEFULL TO PART WITH.
