Appeal to posters of images

A generalised appeal to those posting images... please give some details of exposures times, number of exposures, equipment used, etc... it is really helpful to those of us 'learning the trade' to see what it took to take the image. Many people do post these details, but it would be nice to have more people do so. Please...

Proprietary trade secrets I guess.

It took me five minutes to expose this picture and five hours to process it (plus five years of experience learning how to process images to maximum affect).

Sad if that is the reason.
I guess that the imaging world is pretty different to the observational world... I would never knock back someone asking me questions about my 30 odd years of observing experience.

I'm sure most will be happy to oblige Grant. And I'm sure if they don't post the details just post the question in the thread. There's no secrets around here really. Those that want to help newbies are happy to.
