Ha Horsie, Flame nebula and friends

First attempt at mono imaging and of course it had to be my favourite, the Horsehead nebula (Barnard 33).
Part of the star-forming region called the Orion Molecular Cloud Complex, the image also includes the Flame nebula (NGC 2024), NGC 2023, IC 431, IC 432, IC 435 and the star Alnitak (ζOri), see the annotated version.

Technical details:
Self-made, self-deBayered Cam86 camera (equivalent to QHY8, Nikon D70 sensor) on SW ED80 (f=600mm)
24x10min with 2x2 binning of Ha (Baader Ha 7nm filter)
Darks subtracted
Camera temperature = +12C (still working on sealing the camera case)
Processed in Star Tools.

Easy to get the 10min guiding going with such a large pixel scale

It's any wonder it's your favourite Luka, this is a beauty!
Spectacular, I like seeing space shots in B&W, kinda old school -makes you appreciate it for what it is.

For your first go at mono narrow band, that's very impressive!

Thank you all for comments.

I have to say that I did lots of reading and thinking before attempting the mono. I also played it safe by doing 2x binning with short focal length (600mm) and large pixels. Guiding is easy at 5 arc/sec per pixel :-)
