[SOLD] GSO 6" F5 Newtonian (Price drop)

Selling my GSO 6" F5 Newtonian reflector.

A great little starter scope. Have had it running in an EQ3 mount (since sold) and it works a treat. The scope has a solid 2" dual speed crayford focuser. Included in the sale are:

- The OTA
- Tube rings
- Vixen style narrow dovetail mounting bar
- Red dot finder
- GSO 30mm Plossl eyepiece
- GSO 10mm Plossl eyepiece

The scope is in very good condition. There is one very small dent in the tube which does not affect performance and some very minor blemishes.

Looking at $250 plus postage from Bathurst, NSW.

Now asking $225 plus postage. Make an offer! We need to find a new home.

Hi Bryan,
I have only used this OTA for visual so no images to show. I've attached a photo of the rear of the OTA showing the collimation screws. The larger knurled knobs are for adjustment and the smaller slotted screws for locking.

Not sure if it's any help but I have an almost identical GSO scope (older one speed focuser) and the answer is yes. Here's a link to a photo I took of M42 prior to getting a coma corrector. https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?f...2&l=f876fa51ee
