Eta Carinae Nebula

Hi All

This is what I managed to salvage from a not so perfect night out.

This was taken from Swan Reach, out in the river lands, under beautiful clear dark skies, defiantly worth the two hour drive.

Unfortunate it was so cold that my laptops batteries gave up the ghost after only a few hours, to make matters worse, I spent the first hour polar aligning and then destroying that alignment while trying to use my new 72ED, so back to the good old faithful camera lens.

This is 15 x 90sec shots at 250mm.
Canon Eos 550D
Star Adventurer mount
Stacked in DSS and processed (badly) in PS.

Regards
Chris
