Jupiter and Io 14 Jul 2018

Hi all

Thought I share this Jupiter sunset attempt from few hours ago. Good seeing in near freezing temperatures on a chilly winter evening (3°C at time of capture).

Single 2 minute stack of 3000 frames. As usual seeing has not lasted long during 30 minute imaging run. Interesting detail on display in GRS wake, extreme polar latitudes and the moon itself. Full resolution - https://astrob.in/full/355765/0/

Cheers,
Seb

Some very nice details in there.
Love your image scale and colour balance too.

That is way-good, Sebastian I am seeing some noise residues, but the details are still there, so, very good capturing & processing
