Another brick in the wall....
I've been working on this one for a bit, and am pleased with the results so far, with the OIII and SII yet to come. The H-alpha data is shown here at just under 50% res.
NGC6188 in Ara is a stunning vista IMHO...A tight cluster of stars that illuminate massive evaporative walls in layers....I think they give great depth to the scene.
The result is here

Thanks JA, Andy and Dave. While this object looks good in wide field (where I rate Martin Pugh’s effort as the best out there), there are some surprising details that a narrow field view reveals...hopefully the weather will allow the full enchilada soon

Thanks Colin...just finished massaging the data...just a smidge...in PixInsight.
The new rendition now just a tad brighter, smoother and sharper

Thanks very much Greg.
Yep...the planets aligned at the time... as with two manufacturer price rises in the interim, plus the $A to Euro falling about 20%....
I simply could not afford the same (albeit superbly engineered) 'scope today (well, maybe, but my accountant would go ballistic)
I've been delighted with the whole package from the get-go... as Marcus noted..the shipping crate was impressive!

Thanks gentlemen...still waiting for the weather to give me the OIII and SII...
Thankfully narrow band doesn't get overly phased by the moon.
