NGC 5904 (M5) Rose Globular Cluster

First time imaging M5 , a nice bright dense little cluster at magnitude 6.6
Seeing wasn’t great due to back burning in the mountains behind Milton south coast NSW late in the afternoon , took hours to clear. M5 traversed quite low towards the north meridian at max 45 deg Alt so maybe some smoke was still hanging around during capture

Nice shot Martin, well captured. Globulars are always good targets.
Cheers, John W.

Thanks for looking and your kind comments John
The smaller dimmer globular clusters ( and there’s many of them ) don’t often get noticed or posted but I do enjoy imaging and observing them
Thanks
