Very nice Stefan..
Your 16" DK looks to be working great.
My seeing wasn't quite as good at 430, but still OK.

Regards
Maurice

Top notch image for 8'' Mars Stefan!

Subtle wispy cloud features stand out very nicely including bright frost in the Hellas Basin.

Thanks everyone for the comments.

Maurice,
Yes I'm happy with the scope but it took me a few years to tame it.

Mark,

I'm using an obsolete DMK21AU04, but Mars is bright so I can capture at 30fps, which is not too bad.

Thanks again for the comments and the IOTW. The IOTW was completely unexpected.

The seeing was almost as good as it gets in Melbourne, but the frustrating thing is that this was definitely not excellent seeing. Even seeing like this only happens a few times a year here.
