Hi All
Out again last night and I imaged the Rheita Vallis region. The valley itself is about 500kms long. The two foreground craters are Metius and Fabricius.
I then finished my session with a quick mono grab of Saturn where I got some moments of very good seeing. The last time I imaged Saturn was about 20 years ago using film and it was pretty blurry. It is somewhat easier to work with digital video
I may have to invest in some filters for future planet work.
Taken with the C11, 2.5X and 5X barlows, DMK23U274. Thanks for looking.
Ted
