Well I'm at Bankstown and imaging to see how much the seeing sucks right now (10.45pm) ... lol. Got to take whatever we can these days given the crappy summer weather

That was taking It up the backside last night Ted called It a night and went to bed.
Very few nights of the year is seeing here not "crap".
While I live at a dark site and transparency is often excellent, our house is in a valley and strong thermal currents are a ubiquitous problem.
When I take my scope (an FS102) down to the flats, the difference is obvious. I can go from a maximum of 7mm to 4mm or even 2.5mm.
If it weren't so purty here, I'd move!
