Very few nights of the year is seeing here not "crap".
While I live at a dark site and transparency is often excellent, our house is in a valley and strong thermal currents are a ubiquitous problem.
When I take my scope (an FS102) down to the flats, the difference is obvious. I can go from a maximum of 7mm to 4mm or even 2.5mm.
If it weren't so purty here, I'd move!
