Southern Cross Rock'n'Roll

Something a little different - a 30 sec exposure of the Southern Cross from the deck of a small ship (at latitude ~54 deg S). The camera was on a tripod on the deck but being blown around a bit by the strong wind (as well as the pitching and rolling of the ship itself). I took a number of exposures, and each one had quite a different star 'signature'; the one I have attached is what I consider to be the 'prettiest' one.

Cheers, Chris
