full moon from last night. the loonies are about 18 panel mosaic. first one i have done for as while, the seeing was very average to poor

The post is good - I think the original is probably not as good as a clear sky shot.
Nice effort. looks very nice texture

Great image David, plenty of hi res detail and Luna rays. After many years of deep sky imaging I am finally having a go at planetary although the seeing was so bad last night I gave up trying to focus on the moon.
Anyway lots to learn but have to start somewhere.

great image, excellent exposure and sharpness. I particularly like the contrast of the ejecta blankets and also the very defined mountains on the top right hand limb. awesome image, well done
