Laptop for Solar System Image Capture

Hi all
Does anyone have an opinion on the suitability of the cheap $300 and $400 laptops for capturing *.avi files of the moon, sun and planets. Typically they seem to have around 30 or 40 gig hard drives, 4 gig of ram and a 1.1 gig processor.
I’m looking for something to drive a neximage 5 only and capture the frames. It will never have to do anything else. Cheers
Mark

If you’re not using a USB3 camera then a decent $3-400 will be more than enough
