NGC 6188-60da frames

Hello. this is fruit from three nights (honestly- the weather!) so 800 iso EXIF temps varying from 20'c to 14'c with an ambient varying from 14 down to 4'c.
2 hrs 43 mins at iso 800, 5 minute (300 sec) lights, plus darks.

Tak 120, Canon 60da, Maxim DL guiding with SSAG.
Canon had a CLS filter.

No mosaic, just full sized DSLR sensor with cropped stacking artifacts.
Thanks dude, learning the processing as I go along. Having a pier makes life much easier so I can walk around the back deck without vibrations on the camera.

Hi Graham

That's not bad at all, good star shapes and some nice resolution showing too. It looks a bi-colour (Red-white) though.? Not sure why, although I notice this in other DSLR work..?

big cross shape over bright stars

It looks like 60da does not produce big cross shape over bright stars ...

Thanks all

it's a refractor so no 'cross shapes' on stars due to lack of secondary vanes etc

explorers are well good, when combined with my moon boots the feet are the warmest part of me!
