Galah with my Spotting Scope

This is my first attempt at bird photography. The Bird is obviously a Galah, perched in a tree in the bush behind my place at Lake Macquarie. Spotting scope is a Celestron 80mm Trailseeker, fl 480mm, zoom eyepiece 20x-60x, camera is my Nikon D5300 which is attached to the scope via the T-thread adaptor screwed in over the eyepiece set at 20x. So this is eyepiece projection. There is no Auto functions here folks, the camera has no control over the scope (as it's not a Nikon lens), so ISO and exposure are my best guess, but i tried to bracket it. Surprisingly the image projected onto the camera sensor did not have much vignetting, just at the very corners, which I have cropped out. Also focus leaves a bit to be desired, but likely my one good eye is letting me down when focusing manually. It is a learning experience.

Looks pretty decent to me Glen.
And although the focus may not please you entirely it looks like the rig is able to deliver.
Just do more.
