A Big Thank You to Bintel!

I recentley purchased a new AZ-EQ6 and C11 from Bintel. The mount had a small problem. Bintel had the mount picked up, repaired and returned very quickly. John, Don and Josh looked after me. The best service and advice.
I don't have shares in the business 🙂, just a happy customer.

Michael.

That sounds like the usual great experience I've also had dealing with Bintel...they go the extra mile; and Don is a mine of information and expertise on actually servicing and collimating the scopes they sell.

Yeah, Don knows his stuff, and certainly enjoys his little cave out the back of the store.

I had a sticking focuser on my LX200, so they said to bring it down. Don jumped straight into it. Turns out Meade had put in 6 teflon washers, where there should have been one. I paid an extra $60 to upgrade it to something significantly smoother.

While there, Don took the time to collimate it, with his half-dozen Barlow chain. Precision!

The only issue with Glebe is parking. There ain't none!
