18m high radio tower rarity??

Radio astronomy potential item selling from NZ...

Don't know if it would be of use to you radio wave astronomers but it is in Christchurch, NZ.

Height has no real bearing on radio astronomy.

Unless it is in the HF band

This tower was probably used as carier for number of antennas..
It can be tilted but not rotated... So it could be useful for very advanced radio amateur in urban area (where restrictions for structures height apply.. so the whole thing could be retracted and stored below roof height.
