Solar filter for 60mm refractor

This DIY solar filter is made with 80x80mm piece of Baader film, a small section of 65mm PVC pipe, some cardboard, a piece of foam and some PVC tape.
First I cut out a 80x160mm pice of cardboard, and folded it in half. I then cut out a 65mm diameter hole out of each panel. I then used PVC tape to tape over the cut edges of the cardboard so as not to scratch the film.
Next I taped the 80x80mm Baader film on one panel and folded over the other and taped the lot together. (Tried it out on the morning sun to make sure there were no gaps).
Next I cut out a section of 65mm PVC pipe, (which fitted snugly into the inside of the lens shade of the 60mm refactor). I used the rough edges of the PVC pipe as a "saw" to cut out a hole of a 80x80mm piece of foam (Ikea packaging ).
Finally I taped the cardboard and Baader film onto the PVC pipe and foam.
Result, a lightweight solar filter. Took it for a spin, and it works!
I still have some Baader film left over, and started working on a nice paire of shades
