Offering at-cost steel piers in Melbourne

I posted this in the DIY observatories section, but since it's me doing the building work, it's really an offer for those who aren't likely to be doing it themselves!

Basically, I'm a hobby welder and lover of amateur astronomy. I got a new welder recently and want to practice with it by building stuff! So I'm going to make myself a steel pier and if anyone else wants one for cheap, I am very happy to do the cutting and welding for free.

You can either supply your own steel and a design, or I can grab some steel and sell you a finished pier at-cost once complete.

I am happy to add things like shelf (for computer, eyepieces, etc.), or a raised platform with bolts to adjust the tilt, or anything else you can suggest

Feel free to reply here or send me a PM! I'm located in the Melbourne Eastern suburbs. Near Clayton
